A classic crusty French bread. Our baguettes are made with poolish (pre-ferment) and using quality ingredients. Enjoy it by itself, with butter and marmalade or in a sandwich with what your creativity allows. You can choose white baguette or whole wheat for a healthy twist. Each loaf is 1 lb. and we recommend keeping it wrapped when you are not going to use it as we do not use preservatives for our baked products.
Ingredients: White/Whole Wheat Poolish, White/Whole Wheat Flour, Water, Yeast, Salt.
