• BBQ Chicken: Using Chef Jairo’s secret BBQ sauce recipe, an order comes with a whole chicken cut into quarters so that the whole family can enjoy. The sauce has a little bit of heat but is not overpowering.  
• Mac and Cheese: Made with five different types of cheese, Chef Carol’s famous mac and cheese will be a hit at your holiday table. The mac and cheese comes frozen and ready to thaw in a 9” pie pan. 
• Collard Greens: Chef Carol’s famous collard greens are a mix of cabbage and collard greens from local farms seasoned with smoked turkey and lots of love.  
• Cornbread: Our cornbread is moist and flavorful with creamed corn and jalapeño peppers. Don’t worry about the heat level, the jalapeños add smokiness to the flavor but not an overwhelming amount of heat.
