A game changer is on the road in central New Jersey – and the winners are needy families getting free, nutritious meals.

Elijah’s Promise already serves thousands every month at its Community Soup Kitchen.  The New Brunswick-based non-profit is excited to expand and go mobile with “Elijah’s Promise on Wheels.”  This new food truck will get hot meals to hundreds of those who cannot get to the soup kitchen and would otherwise go hungry.

Whether homeless, food insecure or simply in temporary trouble, those served by Elijah’s Promise on Wheels will benefit from the generosity of our community.  Look for Elijah’s Promise on Wheels at the parking lots of places of worship, senior centers and municipal complexes.  We anticipate serving over 30,000 free meals a year during its first year.
